"Les Dolphin-Heroes sont un groupe d'assaut amphibie composé de troupes entrainées à la pénétration discrète par voie aquatique, marine ou fluviale. Pendant longtemps, ils ont caché cette spécialisation. La troupe s'appelait alors "Les Permanents" pour de mystérieuses raisons. Le 5 Octobre 1002, le nouveau drapeau a été hissé officiellement en même temps que les réelles compétences de la troupe étaient dévoilées.
